Rosewood Real Estate School is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate School in Massachusetts offering LIVE classes to obtain the required classroom hours necessary to register for the real estate licensing exam, for agents and brokers.

This is the 40-hour required class for those looking to obtain a Real Estate license in Massachusetts. No prior experience or licenses are required to take this course. The cost of the class is $275.00
The classes are instructed by Eric Alberto, a certified Massachusetts Real Estate Instructor. Under the Massachusetts Real Estate Board's regulations about half of your class requirement can be taken on your own as pre-recorded videos and other materials, and the rest of your class time must be taken as live webinars online. The live webinar times are posted below.
